Who We Are

The Future Is Yours!

 PPEP HEP is a U.S. federally funded program through the Department of Education. This specialized program is designed to assist migrant and seasonal agricultural workers, and their family members, in obtaining the equivalency of a high school diploma, known as General Education Diploma (GED). 


 HEP prepares students to move into degrees of higher education or enroll in training. The goal of HEP, is to give opportunity to those seeking stability and better-paying work environment. Our program integrates technology and resources to best meet individual students needs for overall success and completion of the program.

Our Mission

 Portable Practical Educational Preparation, Inc. High School Equivalency Program’s (PPEP-HEP) mission is committed to helping and empowering migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their families in obtaining an equivalent high school diploma (GED) and achieving their post-secondary goals by providing necessary tools and opportunities for academic achievement, self-improvement, and personal growth.

Our Vision

 The vision of PPEP-HEP is to assist, provide accessible education, and career opportunities for all migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their families, who were unable to finish high school, by creating a path to self-transformation, self-discovery, and passion for their future.
